Sharon began her nursing career in the 1990s at one of New York City's Prestigious Hospitals. She worked in the hospital's Intensive Care Unit for 10 years and later transitioned into home care. Her expertise includes Case Management, Mental Health, and Community Health nursing.

Because of advances in healthcare technology, many elderly patients rely on their children, relatives, or friends for assistance to navigate through the system. While Nurse Sharon worked in the community, she realized that several factors caused her patients to be dependent on others for help regarding their health. It was caused by a lack of knowledge, age-related changes like vision, hearing loss, and fine motor challenges. Sharon became motivated to branch out on her own because she saw that a segment of the population in her community needed a special service. Sharon is now offering quality private concierge nursing service throughout Nassau and Suffolk counties in New York.
